Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MoneyChamps, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process for every parent and child enrolled in our program. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Enrollment Fee

The MoneyChamps program costs ₹499 as a one-time enrollment fee, covering all 10 Live Interactive Sessions.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • ✅ Full refund if requested before Session 1 begins.
  • ✅ Full refund if requested within 24 hours after Session 1, if you're not satisfied.
  • ❌ No refunds after Session 2, as learning materials and live seats are already allocated.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email us with:

  • Parent's Name
  • Child's Name
  • Enrollment Details
  • Reason for Refund

Refunds will be processed within 10 Business Days to the original payment method.

4. Missed Sessions

If your child misses any live class, a recording will be shared whenever available. Missed sessions do not qualify for partial refunds.

5. Rescheduling / Batch Changes

MoneyChamps reserves the right to reschedule sessions or move a child to another batch due to trainer availability, technical issues, holidays, or low enrollment. Parents will be informed in advance whenever possible.

6. Cancellations by MoneyChamps

If MoneyChamps cancels the program before it begins, parents will automatically receive a 100% Full Refund.
